Rules for tenders for YORK RIVER SECTOR 12

White House Registration form 2017

General rules

  • Odd lot numbers will be offered first to non-residents and even lot numbers will be offered first to residents.
  • Tenders are for total number of rods for the lot (for instance, a successful tender for lot 2 requires the payment of all four rods).
  • Minimum and maximum prices per rod are $250 for non-residents and $125 for residents, taxes to be added. Should there be more than one tender for a given lot apublic draw will determine the winner.
  • A retention fence is set upstream of zone 12. It is installed normally on June 20th if the water level is appropriate. Consequently we do not guarantee that it will be so.
  • The fence is removed October 1st. However, high water levels could force an earlier removal. If this should be the case, arrangements (refunds if desired) will be reached.
  • The first salmon are usually observed in this zone around June 20th. This zone being high up in the river, we cannot guarantee the arrival of salmon in the beginning of the season.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 for a non-resident and $50 for a resident must be included with each tender.

Tenders may be sent by email at info@saumongaspe.com or in sealed envelopes with the mention « Tenders for zone 12 fishing day lots » .  Tenders will be received until 2 p.m. on Monday June 18th 2017, and opened publicly the same day at 2 p.m.
